		New publications
		AIHW The Australian Institute for Health and Wealth has release the Commonwealth State Housing Agreement National Data Reports 2004-05 Community Housing. Please visit AIHW for more information and to download the report. The 2004-05 Public Housing report is available here. Productivity Commission The Productivity Commission has recently published the Report on Government Services 2006. Visit the Productivity Commission for more information. Demographia The Second Annual Demographia International Housing Affordability Survey is now available. Visit Demographia for the full report. AHURI The latest report under Collaborative Research Venture 3: Housing Affordability for Lower Income Australians has been eagerly awaited. The report by Judith Yates and Michelle Gabriel examines housing stress data and reports that "of 7.6 million households in Australia, 1.2 million or 15.8 per cent of all households in Australia paid 30 per cent or more of gross household income in meeting their housing costs." 		NCHF Reports
		The National Awards for Excellence in Community Housing 2005 were presented in October at the Housing Conference. The Awards Report 2005 is available for download from the NCHF website or by hardcopy. An outcomes paper from the December 2005 roundtables held in Sydney and Canberra is now available. 		Around the country
		QLD From 1 January 2006, public rental housing, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander rental housing and community housing under the Qld Department of Housing have been integrated. Changes under the one social housing system are being implemented progressively. Visit the Department of Housing site for more details
		SA The Community Housing Coalition of SA (CHCSA) recently released an Issues and Options Paper entitled Infrastructure Issues and Options for Community Housing: Towards a Pilot Project. The report follows up on forums on a regional infrastructure model held early in 2005. Visit the CHCSA site for more details
		NSW The NSW Parliament Library Service recently published a report entitled Affordable Housing in NSW: Past to Present. The report is available by visiting the NSW Parliament. Also in NSW, an Inquiry has been set up into allocation of social housing by the Public Bodies Review Committee of the NSW Parliament. The Terms of Reference are available for download here.
		NATIONAL COMMUNITY HOUSING ACCREDITATION COUNCIL The National Community Housing Accreditation Council has released a resource directory of good practice materials. The directory is a central access point for materials that may support providers who engage with continuous quality improvement and/or accreditation. Please note the Council does not endorse these materials and readers must make their own assessment of the documents. Visit the Resource Directory
