Strategic Framework 2004 - 08 Launch In Melbourne November 2004

The Framework was launched in Melbourne 18th November by Dr Owen Donald, Director of Housing Victoria, to coincide with the Swinburne University’s 10th Anniversary celebrations.

There were about 120 people in attendance and the document has been well received. We are compiling a very comprehensive mailing list to ensure the Framework reaches an audience reflecting the changing group of stakeholders.
